RESTAURANTE CASTILLO DEL BOSQUE LA ZOREDA

Tal y como os había comentado en el post anterior hoy quiero hablaros de un restaurante súper bonito en el que disfrutamos de una comida ideal durante la Semana Santa. Se trata del Restaurante del Bosque la Zoreda. Situado en La Manjoya, con unas vistas ideales y rodeado de naturaleza se ubica en un palacete de principios del siglo XX.  Habíamos estado en una ocasión con motivo de la boda de unos amigos y teníamos muchas ganas de volver y comer en su restaurante. El hotel cuenta con veinticinco habitaciones,  dos restaurantes, spa y centro de banquetes con capacidad para más de 1.200 personas. Es un lugar ideal para celebraciones especiales, bodas, bautizos, reuniones familiares... ó simplemente para pasar un fin de semana de relax y desconexión!!

En cuanto a su cocina sus platos poseen una combinación de cocina moderna pero con cuidados toques de tradición asturiana  que nos encantó. Nos gustaron mucho todos sus platos... y por supuesto sus postres también estaban riquísimos! De vez en cuando nos gusta comer en lugares especiales en los que no sólo se disfruta de la gastronomía sino que tienen algún encanto añadido y éste sin duda lo tiene por lo bonito que es el castillo, las zonas verdes, las vistas... Nos queda pendiente conocer el hotel ó visitar su spa, dos opciones que tienen muy buena pinta y que apuntamos para próximas fechas. Espero que os gusten las fotos y os animo a visitarlo si tenéis en mente visitar Asturias próximamente.

 

As I said in the previous post today I want to tell you about a super nice restaurant where we enjoyed an ideal meal last Thursday. It is the Bosque del Zoreda Restaurant. Located in La Manjoya, with ideal views and surrounded by nature, it is located in a mansion from the beginning of the 20th century. We had been on occasion for the wedding of some friends and we really wanted to go back and eat at their restaurant. The hotel has twenty-five rooms, two restaurants, a spa and a banquet center with capacity for more than 1,200 people. It is an ideal place for special celebrations, weddings, baptisms, family reunions ... or simply to spend a weekend of relaxation and disconnection !!As for its cuisine, its dishes have a combination of modern cuisine but with careful touches of Asturian tradition that we loved. Highly recommended cod, cheeks, octopus and croquettes and of course their desserts were also delicious! From time to time we like to eat in special places where you can not only enjoy the gastronomy but also have some added charm and this certainly has it because of the beauty of the castle, the green areas, the views ... is pending to know the hotel or visit its spa, two options that look very good and that we aim for next dates.
